Vega

Postby beauschendel on Tue Apr 21, 2009 12:30 am

Vega just recently turned 1 year old....and my dad called me yesterday morning and said Vega could not walk, and would not let him touch his left hip. He was fine the night before and has not fallen or had any previous problems. I know boxers have bad hips, but I never thought it would happen at this young of an age. Is this possible? He went to the vet today, and im still waiting on the phone call to see how he is doing! Any help or advice is much appreciated....Thanks

I hope all is ok! Amber and Chance have had no problem with their hips. Chance has been studding out for awhile and have not heard back about hip problems from other puppy owners. Amber family has not either.

I am glad to hear that he is doing better. It must have been all the running he has been doing. Keep in touch. We love the updates.

vega seems to be doin a lot better. we limited his exercise to just walking...but he still loves it. he knows exactly when its time and then he walks around the house with the leash in his mouth. i couldnt ask for a better dog. he puts a smile on everyones face.
